Grower Reviews

Trusted by Central Valley Farms

Valley Drones cut our weed control costs by 30% this season. The NDVI maps they produced after the flight showed exactly where we had pressure — we targeted follow-up applications to the problem zones only.
Carlos M.
Pistachio grower — Fresno County
The aerial report caught a Botrytis outbreak in our almond block two weeks before we would have spotted it from the ground. That early catch probably saved 40 acres of nuts.
Jennifer T.
Almond operation — Stanislaus County
Booked online Tuesday evening, they were in the field Thursday morning. The whole process — booking, deposit, report in my portal — was smoother than any ag service I've used.
Ray D.
Cotton farmer — Kings County

FAQ

Common Questions

Everything farmers ask before their first drone application.

Our drone crop dusting and spraying service starts at $12 per acre with a 50-acre minimum. Aerial mapping starts at $8 per acre. Agricultural reports are a flat $250. Volume discounts are available for operations over 500 acres — contact us for a custom quote.
Drone crop dusting is the modern replacement for traditional airplane crop dusting. Instead of a manned aircraft, we use autonomous spray drones like the Telos T60X to apply herbicides, insecticides, and fertilizers. Drones fly lower and slower for far more precise, uniform coverage with less drift, no landing strip required, and the ability to treat small, irregular, or hard-to-reach fields a plane can't.
Our Telos T60X can spray 35+ acres per hour depending on field conditions, chemical dilution rates, and terrain. Running two units, a 200-acre almond block can typically be completed in a single day.
We service all major Central Valley crops including almonds, pistachios, walnuts, grapes, cotton, corn, tomatoes, wheat, cherries, blueberries, and stone fruit. If your crop isn't listed, contact us — we work with virtually all permanent and annual crops.
We cover Fresno County, Tulare County, Kings County, Stanislaus County, and Madera County. We occasionally accept jobs in adjacent counties — call us to check availability for your specific location.
Yes. All our pilots hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates. We are fully licensed and insured, and operate in compliance with California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR) requirements. We work with your PCA to ensure applications meet all regulatory standards.
It's not required, but we recommend a brief walkthrough of the field beforehand so we can mark no-fly zones, identify obstacles, and confirm entry points. We always provide a GPS flight log and application record after every job.
We can apply herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, foliar fertilizers, and growth regulators — anything registered for aerial application. Our team will review your pesticide label to confirm drone application is permitted before we fly.
All flight data, NDVI maps, orthomosaics, and agricultural reports are uploaded to your secure customer portal within 48 hours of the flight. You can view, download, and share them anytime.
